Terms and Conditions

All our Gift Vouchers feature a unique voucher number that; may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable and no change will be given for any underspend.

Gift vouchers can used for stays booked on the telephone or in the office at Churchwood Valley. Alternatively, you can book your stay online and contact Churchwood to apply the voucher. 

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against accommodation bookings and cannot be used in the site shop, laundrette or for any other non-accommodation spend. 

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Churchwood Valley payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
